Please review the following Terms and Conditions. Selecting "I Agree" ensures that you have fully understood the conditions and that you will agree to follow them. These Terms of Service include all TWC Services. When you agree to this Terms of Service, you are agreeing to abide by the terms for all services from TheWebsiteCenter.net (TWC Network, LLC) as outlined below. TWC Network, LLC may also be referred to as “The Website Center” or “TWC” or “TheWebsiteCenter.net” throughout this agreement. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE ------------------------ Terms of Service Agreement The Website Center Maintenance Department This agreement is to assure that both you (the customer) and us (The Website Center, TWC Network, LLC) agree on what services are being offered, and the process by which your order will be fulfilled. By checking the box below, you are signifying that you understand agree to the following terms: Process: Your website maintenance project will follow this process: 1.) If this is your first time using TWC's maintenance services, by signing up for this TWC ClientArea account, you are agreeing to the quote that was sent via e-mail or to the diagnostic fee charge defined by the TWC representative. 2.) After submission of your TWC Maintenance Form (or first e-mail/phone call containing specific maintenance requests), you will not send further information or requests regarding your request until your updates are ready for review. 3.) You will be charged/billed the quoted amount for the maintenance work to be completed before The Website Center begins any work. 4.) The updates to your site will be ready for review within 3 business days (per 5 HTML pages) from the time your payment is made or from the time that we bill you. If your updates require the use of programming languages other than HTML, this guarantee is void. If the updates are not ready within the time period mentioned in the last sentence, you are entitled to a refund for the uncompleted work, and The Website Center will complete the updates anyway. If you are notified before you are charged/billed that your requests will take longer than 3 days, the 3-day guarantee is void. If it is not mentioned that your project falls within this 3-day guarantee, The Website Center cannot be held responsible for completing unfinished work at no charge. 5.) You receive 1 follow-up review in order to revise the updates made to the website. If you require more reviews, you will be billed at the rate of $79 per additional review plus extra charges for additionally requested services if any. We will not bill you to correct obvious mistakes that we have made such as misspellings, etc. A period of 7 days will be given per follow-up review. If we have not received the review within this 7 day period, the project will be complete and further reviews will be performed at a rate of $79 each. 6.) Finalize your updates and authorize completion by selecting the "Finalize my website" option on the review form mentioned or by notifying the project manager via email or phone. Liability: By activating your ClientArea user account, we warrant that we have the experience and expertise necessary to complete your web maintenance project. However, The Website Center (TWC Network, LLC), will not be held responsible for website/performance issues resulting from the website maintenance project. TWC Network, LLC will also not be held liable for your (the customer's) website data, server outages/crashes or loss from random occurences out of our control (such as natural disaster). -------------- PAYMENTS -------------- Website Maintenance and all non-new website design projects: 100% of the total amount due for website maintenance projects must be received before The Website Center begins the update. If payment is made by check, there will be up to a 10 business-day hold on the check before the project will begin. No refunds will be issued to the client other than the following circumstances: A. The project was not completed in the time promised as detailed in #4 above. B. The work was not completed as described in the initial email or submission by the client. The Website Center will not be held liable for insinuated or other non-specified requests. C. The Website Center is not able to perform the work as promised. This does not include situations where necessary information or access is not granted to The Website Center. New Website Design Projects: All new website design projects will require a 50% payment of total price before work begins. This payment is non-refundable once the website design process has begun. If the client wishes to cancel the project before the 1st review process has begun, no additional balance (2nd 50%) will be due. Once the client has been notified via the contact information on file that their website is ready for review, the remaining balance must be paid by the client upon project completion or cancellation (excluding hosting or maintenance contract charges). If your check is rejected ("bounces"), you will re responsible for paying a $25 fee with a TWC approved and accepted credit card over the phone. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ TWC Content Management System(s) ------------------------------------ The Website Center may offer a CMS (Content Management System) as the basis and foundation for client websites. The CMS and database(s) may hold content, applications, and all other data for the customer. The TWC Create or CMS offering is mainly offered to clients to provide them with the ability to update their website on their own. Due to the risks involved with providing clients the open access to the CMS or applications and data therein, TWC will not be liable for any loss of data, changing or page or navigational structure, or any other problem or issue with the website. To troubleshoot problems with the website, The Website Center may charge the client a fee to determine possible solution(s). The specific price will be given to the client at the time of the support or troubleshooting effort. ------------------------------------ Website Hosting ------------------------------------ DESCRIPTION =============================================== The agreement below is a legal agreement between TWC and all of our customers. If you use any service provided by or affiliated with TWC Network, LLC you are legally bound by this agreement. Within this contract, TWC Network, LLC DBA The Website Center will be referred to as "TWC." Read this agreement carefully before signing up and ensure that you understand and agree to all parts. Use of our services implies agreement with this contract. QUESTIONS? =============================================== Any questions regarding this agreement should be sent to TWC 's sales department [1] prior to signing up for service. SERVICE AGREEMENT =============================================== SERVICE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and effective as of the date of acceptance, by and between you ("Client") and TWC. WHEREAS, TWC owns, distributes and provides various products and services for conducting business on the Internet including: NetAdmin, BillAdmin, shared, reseller and dedicated web hosting, cPanel licensing, and the TWC family of services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services"). WHEREAS, Client desires to utilize some or all of the Services to develop, enhance or maintain Client's business and/or presence on the Internet. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. TWC SERVICES =============================================== TWC agrees to provide to Client the Services agreed upon between TWC and Client as selected by Client in TWC's customer database that is specified at www.thewebsitecenter.net/clientarea. 2. PAYMENT AND INVOICING =============================================== 2.1 In consideration of the performance of the Services, Client shall pay TWC monthly in advance the amount set forth in the TWC customer database as such records are amended from time to time for the Services during the term of this Agreement. 2.2 Client may receive a confirmation letter via e-mail at the time Client contracts for the Services, which shall confirm the fees payable to TWC. Thereafter, Client may receive a monthly billing statement for the upcoming month. The monthly billing statement shall indicate any changes in fees, which fees shall become effective upon thirty (30) days' notice as set forth in Section 2.4 herein. 2.3 Client is responsible for all activities and charges resulting from Client's use of the Services. Client agrees to pay all fees, bandwidth charges, connect time charges, surcharges, and other charges incurred by Client and set forth in the monthly billing statement. Client acknowledges that no refunds will be given by TWC in the event that Client's account is terminated by TWC or Client mid-term. In the event of a breach of security, Client will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Services until Client notifies TWC by sending an e-mail with account information to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . 2.4 Current rates for using the Services may be obtained by a member of The Website Center staff that has been assigned to the specific customer project. TWC reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, monthly membership fees or to institute new fees at any time. In addition, TWC may institute special trial offers, from time to time, that shall be reflected in the confirmation letter sent to Client upon sign up. If TWC does not receive the full amount of Client's Service account balance within thirty (30) days of invoice date, a late charge equal to 1.5% per month or highest amount allowed by law per month may be added to Client's bill and shall be due and payable. Client shall also be responsible for all attorney and collection fees arising from TWC 's efforts to collect any unpaid balance of Client's account(s), and TWC may terminate Client's account immediately without further notice to Client. TWC reserves the right to change or adjust the pricing and details of any project before a contract or written agreement has been entered into by both TWC and the client. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF TWC =============================================== 3.1 Means of Performance. TWC shall provide Client with the TWC hosting services, as described on the company’s hosting details page located at www.TheWebsiteCenter.net. TWC has the right to control and direct the means, manner, and method by which the host services are performed. 3.2 Support. TWC shall provide a reasonable level of technical support to Client via email or Web page for the term of this Agreement and while the client website is hosted on TWC servers. 3.3 Other Work. TWC has the right to perform and license products to others during the term of this Agreement. TWC may elect to electronically monitor the host services and may disclose any content or records to satisfy any law, regulation, or other governmental request or to properly operate host services and protect its Clients. TWC reserves the right to block any site hosted by TWC that contains any content that TWC deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable or undesirable. 4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF CLIENT =============================================== 4.1 Client. Client represents and warrants that (i) Client is at least eighteen (18) years of age, (ii) Client possesses the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement, and (iii) the performance of Client's obligations and use of the Services by Client, its customers and users, will not violate any applicable laws, regulations or the rules and regulations or cause a breach of any agreement with any third parties or unreasonably interfere with other TWC Clients' use of Services. Client assumes all risks related to processing of transactions related to electronic commerce. Client agrees to provide TWC with accurate, complete and updated information required by the registration of the TWC host service (Client Registration Data), including Client's legal name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment data (e.g., credit card number and expiration date). Client agrees to notify TWC within thirty (30) days of any changes in Client's Registration Data. 4.2 Breach of Warranties. In the event of the breach of any of the foregoing warranties, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, TWC will have the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate immediately any Services. 4.3 Fees and Expenses. Client shall be responsible for payment of all costs, fees and expenses assessed by third parties in the course of being provided Services. Such costs include, but are not limited to, the fees required to register and maintain domain names, which is governed by a separate agreement between Client and a third-party domain name registrar. 4.4 Third-Party Software. Third-party software available through the Services may be governed by separate end user licenses. By using the Services and the third-party software, Client agrees to be bound by the terms of such end user licenses regarding the applicable third-party software. Client consents and authorizes TWC to delegate the authorizations Client provides to TWC to its third party service provider(s) as TWC deems necessary or desirable to provide the applicable Services. Client agrees that the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any of the other terms, conditions, warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers incorporated into this Agreement, inure to the benefit of such third party service providers and such third party service providers are deemed to be third party beneficiaries of the Agreement, including any other terms, conditions, warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers incorporated into this Agreement. Client also agrees that all reference to "TWC" within this Agreement and any incorporated terms are also deemed to include, where applicable, TWC 's agents, such as the third party service providers. 4.5 Advertising, Solicitation, and Client Name Harvesting. Client may not use the Services to send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to the TWC clients or other Internet users unless Client receives the express permission of such individuals. Client may not use the means of unsolicited advertising to advertise a site hosted on the TWC network. Client may not use the Services to collect or "harvest" user-names of TWC clients or other Internet users without the expressed prior permission of the member. TWC reserves the right to block or filter mass email solicitations sent from sites hosted on the TWC network. 4.6 Management of Site. Client shall be solely responsible for all content available on or through its site, and shall at all times be subject to the terms of this Agreement, TWC 's then-standard Terms of Service ("TOS") and any generally applicable guidelines and service standards published by TWC . Client warrants that its site hosted on the TWC network (i) will conform to the TWC TOC (Terms of Service); will not infringe and will not contain any content that infringes on or violates any copyright, U.S. patent or any other third-party right; and (iii) will not contain any content which violates any applicable law, rule or regulation. TWC shall have no obligations with respect to the content available on or through any site hosted on the TWC network, including, but not limited to, any duty to review or monitor any such content. TWC reserves the right to block any site that violates any of the above-stated terms, or which in TWC 's sole discretion, TWC deems objectionable or offensive, or otherwise violates a law or TWC policy, or, in the alternative, to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 7.3 herein. 4.7 Compliance Laws. Client agrees that it will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Client will comply at all times with all applicable laws and regulations and the TOS, as updated by TWC from time to time. The TOS are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. TWC may change the TOS, with or without notice, which may be provided by posting such new TOS at the TWC Site. Client may request a current copy of the TOS by sending or faxing a request to TWC . Client agrees that it has received, read and understands the current version of the TOS. 4.8 Proprietary Rights. Unless otherwise specified, all work performed hereunder by TWC , is the property of TWC , and all title and interest therein shall vest in TWC . To the extent that title to any such works may not, by operation of law, vest in TW Call rights, title and interest therein are hereby irrevocably assigned to TWC. All such materials shall belong exclusively to TWC , and TWC shall have the right to obtain and to hold in its own name, copyrights, trademarks, registrations, or such other protection as may be appropriate to the subject matter; and any extensions and renewals thereof. Client agrees to give TWC and any person designated by TWC such reasonable assistance, at TWC's expense, as is required to perfect the rights defined in this paragraph. 4.9 Marketing Rights. Client agrees that TWC may refer to Client, or Client's business in TWC marketing materials, the TWC website, and communication to TWC 's current and prospective clients. Client grants TWC a limited license and permission to use any Client trade name and/or trademark for such, and only for such, purposes. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, NO OTHER WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER =============================================== 5.1 Limitation. In the event that any limited guarantees are provided by TWC , such limited guarantees are null and void if Client fails to follow TWC 's TOS and other policies or otherwise breaches this Agreement in any respect. 5.2 No Other Warranty. TWCdoes not monitor or exercise control over the content of the information transmitted through its facilities. Use of the Services or any information that may be obtained there from is at Client's own risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and Client's use of the Services is at its own risk. Except as provided in the order form(s), TWCdoes not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other express and/or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and title, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. TWCdoes not represent or warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. 5.3 Disclaimer of Actions Caused by and/or Under the Control of Third Parties. TWCdoes not and cannot control the flow of information to or from TWC 's network and other portions of the Internet. Such flow depends in large part on the performance of the Internet services provided or controlled by third parties. At times, actions or inactions of such third parties may impair or disrupt Client's connections to the Internet (or portions thereof). TWC cannot guarantee that such events will not occur. Accordingly, TWC disclaims any and all liability resulting from or related to such events. 6. INDEMNIFICATION =============================================== Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold TWCand its affiliates, agents, employees, and licensors (including the third party service providers) harmless from any and all claim, demand, loss, costs or expense, including attorneys' fees, made by any person arising out of Client's violation of this Agreement, State or Federal Securities laws or regulations, or any other person's rights including but not limited to infringement of any copyright or violation of any proprietary or privacy right. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to a negligent act, will TWCor its affiliates, agents, employees, or licensors (including third party service providers) be liable for any damages of any kind that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Services, even if any such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will TWC or its third party service providers be liable to Client or any third Party for any tort, contract or any other liability arising in connection with the use of the Services, or reliance on any information or services provided by TWC . TWC and its third party service providers will under no circumstances be liable to Client and/or any third party, regardless of the form of action, for any loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, or any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever, even if TWC or its third party service providers has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from: (i) the use of the inability to use the Services; (ii) the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user date, communications or personalization settings; (iii) the cost of getting substitute goods and services resulting from any products, data, information or services purchases or obtained. Hosting Terms and Conditions Important Notice The Website Center agrees to provide the client web hosting for a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual fee. Clients are allowed to use the service for business/commercial or personal websites or content. The Website Center reserves the right to change this agreement at any time without notice. The release of liability and damages mentioned in this section can also be applied to other TWC services. Contents All services provided by The Website Center may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States (or any other country) law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material that is threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Website Center from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Examples of Non-Acceptable Contents or Links Pirated software Hacking programs or archives Warez Sites Illegal MP3 or related audio files Spamming Software Vip Poster High Yeald Investment Program (HYIP) sites Proxys (including links to proxy websites) All other illegal content as described by United States and/or local laws. Background Running Programs TWC does not allow background-running programs. This includes any IRC related software such as bouncers and bots. In certain cases we may allow programs to run continually in the background, these are considered on a case-by-case basis and an extra charge may be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed. Banned Scripts You are free to use any scripts you wish provided they do not affect the normal operations of the server and they are not mentioned specifically above. Scripts that are commonly known for causing server disruption include large cgi-based message forums, chat programs, auctions, and banner exchanges. In the event a script affects normal server and/or administrative operations, TWC reserves the right to disable the account pending client cooperation and resolution. Violation of indecency and obscenity laws can result in criminal penalties. Intellectual Property Rights Material accessible to you through TWC's Services may be subject to protection under the United States of America (or any other country) copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use TWC’s Service in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through The Website Center Network. If you use a domain name in connection with The Website Center Service or similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party. Defamation Defamatory speech distributed over the Internet can result in civil liability for the defamer. Refusal of Service The Website Center reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of TWC's Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts terminated due to policy violations may not be refunded. Spam or Unsolicited E-Mail You must not use The Website Center Network, The Website Center equipment or any The Website Center email address in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or substantially similar, unsolicited email messages. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. This prohibition extends to the sending of unsolicited mass mailings from another service that in any way implicates the use of The Website Center Network, The Website Center equipment or any The Website Center email address. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one's email address accessible to the public will not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages. If you are found to have spammed, The Website Center reserves the right to disable your domain without warning. In addition, The Website Center may impose a $50 penalty for each spam policy violation. The Website Center solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, The Website Center reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in cancellation of services without refund. Abuse Any attempts to undermine, slander, libel, threaten, or cause harm to a TWC server, customer, employee, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination without refund. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law. Indemnification Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold The Website Center (or it's employee's/owners) harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against The Website Center, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Website Center against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with TWC server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement. Customer agrees to limit the liability of The Website Center to the amount paid for service. Free Domain Name Offers Some of The Website Center’s website hosting or website design packages come with a free domain name for a period of one year. The terms & conditions for our free domain name offer are plain and simple. We may assist with the registration or transfer of the domain name for 1 year on your behalf. The Website Center will not be the legal registrant of the domain name, nor will be held liable in case the client let’s the domain name expire. The Website Center may either pay for the first year registration or transfer fee or provide the equal price in the form of a discount on the website design or hosting package, but this does not hold The Website Center liable or guarantee that further registration fees will be paid by TWC. Our clients are responsible for all fees associated with domain name renewal and we only offer assistance if needed by the client or customer. Refund and Cancellation Policy For payment, The Website Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Business or Personal Checks, or Postal Money Orders. The client may be charged an additional 3% for Paypal processing fees. There may be ten day hold on all checks received by The Website Center for hosting or other services. The Website Center invoices exclusively via e-mail. The Website Center does not send out invoices via postal services. You may cancel your account at any time. However, many of our clients have entered into two-year hosting commitment agreements as stated in their website proposals and contracts. Even though an account may be cancelled at any time, the full amount of the agreed-upon hosting commitment must be paid in full within 5 business days or on a monthly basis until this period has elapsed in full. You may cancel for any reason. Refunds are not available if the account has violated any terms on this page or if a specific timeframe hosting commitment was made at the beginning of a project. If no agreement or hosting commitment was made, you may cancel your account before your monthly or annual billing cycle begins and you will not be billed for the next month and all payments thereafter will be cancelled with immediate effect. If the cancellation request comes after the billing cycle has begun, a pro-rated refund may be offered. No refunds are available on SSL Certificates, Domain registrations and transfers, Dedicated server and VPS payments, or Email account upgrades or purchases. Late Payment Please note All Payments are done automatically monthly. Any account whose payment status is not current as of the start of the next billing period is deemed late. Generally, customers are given a 10-day grace period after which the account is put on suspension. Once the invoice is late for a period of 30 days or more, it may be terminated permanently without restoration capabilities. You will receive a payment reminder via email or from a member of The Website Center’s billing staff. A phone call will also be made to the number on file with The Website Center with a notification that your account is late or in past due status. The Website Center will not be held responsible for email addresses or phone numbers that are no longer valid. It is the responsibility of the client to keep their company records updated. If after 30 days payment has not been received or we have not been contacted regarding payment, your account may be terminated without any further notice. Reactivation of closed accounts due to delinquency may incur a $15 reactivation fee as well as payment of the balance due in full. However, there is no guarantee that an account restoration can be performed after the 30-day period has elapsed. For late payments please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Cancellation You must use the following method to deliver an official written notice of cancellation to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please include your Name, domain name, username, password, last four digits of credit card number on account, and your reason for canceling. Disclaimer The Website Center will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The Website Center makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The Website Center disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by The Website Center, its contractors, and its employees. The Website Center makes a 99.9% Uptime guarantee. The Website Center keeps daily backups of their servers. Although data restoration attempts may be made by The Website Center, The Website Center can accept no responsibility for any loss of data or consequences arising from this. The Website Center always advises clients to back up their site data regularly for its own protection. The Website Center furthermore expects that its customers who provide hosting services to others will ensure its customers fully comply with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications and any other policy of The Website Center. A customer's failure to comply with those laws will violate this policy. If a customer provides hosting services to others and decides to cancel their hosting account with The Website Center then The Website Center will not be responsible for maintaining hosting for the existing customers. Finally, The Website Center wishes to emphasize that in accepting services, customers indemnify The Website Center for the violation of any law or TWC policy, that results in loss to The Website Center or the bringing of any claim against The Website Center. This means that if The Website Center is sued because of activities of the customer that violate any law, or this policy, the customer will pay any damages awarded against The Website Center, plus costs and reasonable legal fees. Failure to comply with any of our terms & conditions will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation. The Website Center reserves the right to change, edit, or update the policies contained in this document, along with the content on our website at any time for any reason without notice. Ip limits Seo ip limit - Accounts can only use the alloted amount of ip's that come with a package to use toward seo. If your package does not come with an ip you will be allowed only 1 ip address for seo. Ip's used for ssl's and valid uses will never been turned down. If found frauding ip's for seo past these limits the account(s) will be up for suspension and or termination. Ip class's - The Website Center can not promise that we will be able to provide different ip classes on a single server. If we so happen to get more then one class this can be done. This all depends on what is available from our datacenter. Media Hosting Package Terms The use of The Website Center’s “Media Hosting” packages are subject to the following terms 1. All accounts must have valid, working websites, and not violate any previously subscribed terms 2. Accounts are not for use of mass storage of backups, files, audio, video, zip files, or similar 3. Accounts are not for the use of mass distributing of files such as torrents or mirrors 4. Any accounts found to violate these terms may be suspended without notice until the account holder agrees to resolve the issue. Server Limits 25% cpu and or memory for 3 minutes. Combined 5% CPU & RAM over 24 hours. 250 email limit per domain per hour. 50 concurrent database connections at one time. Apache threads to be open no longer then 999 seconds.
